Cannot submit a question - unexpected error returned RRS feed

    I can't submit a question, only thing comes back is "Unexpected Error" and all the body is highlighted.

    Can this be due to copying and pasting from Notepad.  I typed up my question in notepad and pasted it into the body of the question.  Trying to submit to the Office forum
