urgent pls help !! Javascript in IE not working in ICA sessions

Our users are running windows application in a citrix, within the application we use IE by web browser control in to access a site that use JavaScript during execution.

When I try to run the site in the server by enabling the javascript applets and scripts in IE settings, the javascript errors are gone and working fine, but java script is not working when I try to open it form the clients systems.

Is there something i can do in the citrix are I need to enable something in the server ??

Please help urgent :((

I would start by ensuring your Web Browser control is using the emulation you need - by default it uses IE7 which might not render the javascript as you expect...
