Get picklist values using REST API or metadata RRS feed

    MSDynamics CRM provides a matedata if you make a request ../api/data/$metadata

    There are information about entities, columns and foreign keys but there aren't any information about picklist available values.

    I can't find a way how to retrieve this information using REST API. 

    Any ideas how I can do that ?
