Your installation is of an OEM_SLP license (from a HP/Compaq machine) - but your motherboard appears to be a Retail one.If you replaced the original motherboard, the OEM License is no longer valid. If you purchased this copy of Win7 believing it to be a full copy, you were sold a counterfeit.

(Sorry about the typo in my original response - Win7/Vista)You can correct this by purchasing a genuine Full Retail Vista Home Basic, and use the Key from that.If you want to Upgrade to Win 7, you MAY be able to do it using a Full Retail package - but certainly not with an Upgrade or OEM pack.I don't think the Retail pack does a compliance-check prior to installation in the same way that an Upgrade will (but I've never tried it myself).Either way the safe option is to back up all data to external storage before attempting the process. The other options are:-1) a clean install using whichever version of Windows you like - Full Retail packs only2) using the System Recovery option from your manufacturer to put the system back to ex-factory state3) using option 2, and then Upgrading the system to whichever you choose of Vista or Win 7.
