Documentation for forum search syntax?

Question
-
Where is the documentation for search syntax for this forum?
I want to do AND searches, not OR searches. Every time I add a search term to try to narrow the focus of the query and reduce the number of hits, I wind up getting MORE responses, not less, and they are nearly all irrelevant.
I don't have time to search through thousands of irrelevant articles. How do I get ONLY articles that include ALL of the terms I specify?

Here was the last update I'm aware of.
When you put two or more words in search box I believe you'll end up with an OR type search. You can quote two or more words for exact-text type searches. The search within forums is rather limited. Also note when you do use it the sort dropdown may change to something unexpected.
You may get better results by using bing or google something like;
"windows update" site:https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver

Oh, wait, I do know what will be done with them here. Still not voting. Wasn't it Ann Landers who said you can't blame other people for wasting your time?
