The above error comes when i open the lead entity.Please help.....

If this hasn't already been solved..
I had the same problem on a custom entity. The error occured afte I added a field to the entity form and published. I removed the field, published, then added the field again, and it worked.
I don't know why, but that's the way it was.

Are you getting any message in event viewer of the CRM Server?. Also try this:-
