CRM 4.0 Workflow / Email Templates Regarding RRS feed

  • I have created a workflow that is sending out an e-mail using an E-mail Template for a Service Appointment. 

    The E-mail is being sent to CRM users and I want the E-mail to be regarding the Service Appointment so the CRM for Outlook users can use the View Regarding functionality.

    I have not been able to find where I can set the regarding field when using an E-Mail Template. 

    Is setting the regarding field for an workflow e-mail based on a E-Mail Template possible?

    No your right the Regarding field is not on the E-mail template form. To do what your trying to do you might have to make a workflow assembly that creates an email using your desired template but from the assembly I would think you also have the option to set the regarding field.
