Non reciept of product key RRS feed

  • I have purchased the Windows XPpro Genuine Adv English Intl Direct CD from Microsoft but inspite of physically having recieved the CD am yet to recieve the product key. This essentially means that I have a paid for version without being able to use it at all. kindly resolve the conflict. I have already talked on thetelephone to MS and have sent the same query also by mail but am yet to recieve any reply to the same.

    If any MS person is reading this kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. If any other details are required kindly ask for the same on my email.
