WinSSUI.exe error - Windows Live OneCare window RRS feed

    I just downloaded the 90-day trial version. When I try to access the Windows Live OneCare window to update the settings, the window freezes. When I close it I get the pop-up that the window is not responding - clicking End Now brings up window "You chose to end the nonresponsive program, WinSSUI.exe."

     

    What do I need to do to correct this situation (I sent the error report but no response)?
