    when i try to load certian programs , a error window shows up reading , C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework64\v2.0.5727\config\machine.config  parser returned error 0xc00ce556, if anyone can help with this problem , please respond , thank you , i am also running on 64 bit vista home premium

    ARe these certain programs made by you? What is the commonality? Sorry but our crystal balls are hazy on this end. The error usually means that the xml is invalid or missing top level elements.

    no , it is just basic programs , such as sims 3 , and ati catylyst control centre , i uninstalled and had re-installed the catalyst center , the error appears , and prevents the program from opening
