MS CRM 2013- Unified service desk Loding Error RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    While loading the Unified service desk  crm 2013 dashboard am getting this error on premiss.

    I am not able to download the log also. I have checked in CRM error log  not writing any error log

    can you please suggest me on this .

    this looks like a CRM error. Are you sure that it only occurs when using Unified Service Desk?

    Thanks for your response..

    while loding the Dashboard Active contacts, My Activities view Grid refresh failed

    it's not comming all the time some time  i use to get the error. I am not able to find error log also.. can you please suggest me on this..

    you can get infromation on how to enable tracing with more detailed logs here: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490/en-us

    Also, you can download tracing tool for CRM 2011 and use it. It works with 2013 as well.
