Can't open My Computer, IE7 or Control Panel and USB not working. RRS feed

    I'm sorry I can't run the MGADiag.exe. I copied it to CD due to the fact USB isn't working either and get a message that it is not a valid Win 32 application.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
