Problem restoring a One Care Backup

Hi
Hope someone can help?
After reinstalling Vista, when i try to restore a One Care backup i get to where
it asks which backup i want to restore and when i select a backup and click next
it does nothing. All i get is my cursor changes to the little revolving circle and stays like that.
Please help.

Where is the backup located that you are selecting?
You may want to try performing a backup to that location first and then trying the custom restore option.

Thank You for your reply.
I have since found that it was the Trial Version Of One Care that i had reinstelled which does not
let you do a Restore. Just downloaded the right version and problem solved

The trial should restore just fine unless it is expired. The trial and the subscriber version are identical. I suspect that the actual solution was that you reinstalled OneCare which fixed a bad initial install.
Glad to read that all is well, whatever the actual cause.
