How can i get the Graph of Performance monitors for CPU Usages in C# 4.0

  I want a graph of Performance Monitor of CPU Usages as it came in Task Manager. I am able to get the values of the CPU Usages in my application but i want to put those values into a pictorial representation like graph. How can i create a graph in my application and populate it with the values.
