off topic - HP Total Care Advisor - not running correctly?

  HP Total Care Advisor tells me there is a critical item to be addressed - to install HP Update 4.0.8.3.  When I click on Run, it launches HP Update but comes back and says "No new updates available....the drivers and software for your HP are up to date."  Any idea how to fix this?
