I reinstalled Windows Genuine Advantage after it started crashing and it ran for several reboots and then all of a sudden, it started to crash.  This delayed my XP system startup for a long time and once it "times out" it finally asks me if I want to submit the crash details to Microsoft.  I said yes for one or two times, but now Ijust say no.  I have tried updating the amount of memory to this system taking it from 1GB to 2 GB (maximum for the motherboard) but it has not helped.  The diagnostic results are pasted above.

  • I agree, http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactwga should be able to assist - I always found them very helpful (and being free doesn't hurt).
