  • Your Outlook data is contained in a single file, with the extension of .pst. If the Outlook.pst file already existed on your PC before the restore, the restored file was saved to a folder off of the root of your system drive and you should have received a message from OneCare at the end of the process advising you that some files were saved to c:\Windows Live OneCare Restore\ or similarly named folder.
You will need to import the data from that .pst file to the existing Outlook.pst file.
Open Outlook, select File/Import and Export from the menu.
Then select "Import from another program or file"
Click Next and select Personal Folder (pst)
Click next and navigate to the restored file
Follow the Outlook import wizard to import the items from one or more folders to the same folders in the existing (new) .pst file.

If you need more help, you can contact OneCare support.
