Hi, we have a user of CRM 2011 on premise that's Outlook Client crashes every time they receive an email. Below is part of the trace file, any ideas what could be causing this?

It seems installing rollup 4 on the client resolved this.

I am not sure. I would attempt to uninstall and reinstall the outlook client. If that doesn't work I would also uninstall and reinstall outlook.

Thanks for your response. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Client, the user has logged onto a different machine and still gets the same issue.
