  • Hello,

I've got a bit of a dilemma for an installation of CRM 2011.  I've followed the documentation, looked up forum posts, talked to various other folks in the community but to no avail.  I have an installation scenario as the following:

CRM application Server - CRM installed here - all CRM services running under a domain service account (SA-CRM)

SQL Server - SQL installed here - all SQL Services running under a domain service account (SA-SQL)

SRS Server - SRS installed here - SRS service running under the SQL domain service account (SA-SQL)

I installed CRM, and then when I install the SQL reporting extensions none of the canned reports gets published.  I then tried to create a custom report and run it and get the following:

    at System.Net.Security.NegotiateStream.AuthenticateAsServer(NetworkCredential credential, ProtectionLevel requiredProtectionLevel, TokenImpersonationLevel requiredImpersonationLevel)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

  • For some reason, the post didn't pick up the last part of what I typed:

I also set the spn as the following:

    setspn -a http/<crmservername>:5555 <domain name>\<sa-crm>

    setspn -a http/<crmservername>.FQDN:5555 <domain name>\<sa-crm>

That didn't work.  The SA accounts are local admins on the box, and I've installed/re-installed the connector numerous times.  Any help is appreciated, thank you!
