How to give access of record to a group of user RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have created a case and I want to give access to my product team so that they all have the access of that record and they can quickly respond to that complain.

    Please let me know.

  • In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 there is new concept of Access Team you can give access to group of user against single record.

    You have to do littel customization.

  • Hello,

    You can use the queue to organize your case.

    Create a team with all the user and a queue for the team. And then you will be able to attach case to a queue and all the member of the team will see the case.
