  • Question

  • Hello,

I upgraded my windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit (part number 66I-00715) to Ultimate Edition via Windows Anytime Upgrade.  How do I get the bonus pack as the following Validation code only shows the Ultimate edition that the computer was upgraded to?

  • In order to be eligible for the Bonus Pack, you must purchase a new computer from a select list of system builders that install an OEM version of Windows Vista.  Unfortunately, you do not qualify since you purchased a retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate edition and installed it yourself on a computer you already own.  Please review the following:

How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

  • Hi z28,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum. Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
