ERR 0019-80070643 and trouble with McAfee

Trying to install OneCare and I am getting ERR 0019-80070643.

What does this mean?

Also, I have been trying to uninstall McAfee, and my computer wont let me. I am getting "INF file missing" when I try to remove it.

Help!

The 0019 error means the One Care firewall did not install correctly, probably caused by the inability to uninstall McAfee. I suggest uninstalling One Care, run the cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 then download and run the McAfee uninstall tool - http://www.majorgeeks.com/McAfee_Consumer_Product_Removal_Tool_d5420.html ,restart your computer and you should be able to install One Care.
