Business Management Error- After Installation and able login through Administrator RRS feed

  • After Successful Installation and trying login from User Account; Unable to login and following error displaying..

    Business Management Error

    The user ID associated with the current record is not valid.

    Pls Help me out of this problem.

  • CRM only adds one user by default when you install it, and that is the user that ran the installer.  Anyone else that tries to login will get this error until they are added.  You will have to go to the settings area and add any new users that need to login.

    Are you on-premise or online?

    What Version of CRM are you using?
