Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 (x86 and x64) failed to install RRS feed

  • I have windows 7 64-bit with microsoft office 2013 64-bit 

    I downloaded Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 (x86 and x64) - DVD (English) from my BizSpark 

    every time I run it to install it I get: 

    "The installation has failed. setup cannot continue because 32-bit Microsoft Office Outlook is installed ....etc"

  • Hi,
    first of all download the latest version of the outlook client for crm 2011 from here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27821

    Are you sure your office is 64bit? because from the error looks like you have 32bit version, however try to install first the 32bit executable and if fails try with the 64bit.

    Very important note: your crm organization must be updated at least to rollup 11 to use the outlook client with office 2013
