Silver Competency - Application Developer

  Hi,

  I am wondering, if a Partner fulfills the requirements for Application Developer as described on this  link - https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/membership/application-development-competency can the company apply for the Silver Competency?  Or, has this been deprecated?  

  Apart from the exams no other requirement was stated.  Is this still correct?
