  • I downloaded Windows 10 when it came out and I haven't done anything since. Yesterday I started my computer, it booted up, the Windows sign came up and it went to the welcome screen (picture of stacked rocks) and I can't type in my password. My mouse doesn't work, my keyboard doesn't work, nothing works. I unplugged my computer and changed the batteries in the keyboard and mouse. Still nothing....

In that case I'd ask here.
