    I am a business owner currently running 50 (HDMI) duel screen Dell workstations with AMD Radeon 4200 integrated video cards on the motherboards. We had to upgrade to Windows 10 because of third party software requirements. As of the update all of my workstations now have a 1'' border around the screen which is interfering with my computer aided dispatch program. Contacted AMD and was told that as of the Windows 10 update they are no longer supporting video cards lower than their 7000 series. My IT provider stated this is a upscaling issue. AMD told my IT provider that the only solution is to replace 50 video cards that will support Windows 10, prior to the Windows 10 update all my workstations were checked for compatibility and passed the Windows check. Updating 50 video cards is not acceptable and rolling back to windows 8.1 is not possible.  Please help with a solution!  As of 8/6/2015 my IT provider tested an older work station updated to Windows 10 that has an integrated video card on the motherboard with duel VGA outputs and NO 1" border around the screen as with the HDMI.  This is the response I received from AMD. 

    I understand that you are looking for Windows 10 Driver for you Radeon HD 4200 series because you are suffering getting a i inch border on you screens. If I missed any information about your issue please let me know, as my suggestions may change.

    Unfortunately the Radeon HD 4200 DirectX supports version 10.1 and it is not compatible with windows 10. Windows 10 requires DirectX 12 or higher video card and your video card is only DirectX 10 compliant.

    The Radeon 2xxx, 3xxx and 4xxx series of cards were moved to Legacy status after our Catalyst 12.4 driver release in April 2012, due to years of updates and optimization already being offered for these cards in XP, Vista and Windows 7. Windows 10 was not in development at the time that your card was manufactured, so support for this OS is limited due to restrictions that are in place in Windows 10 regarding DirectX and WDDM versions.

    If you are looking to get rid of the 1 inch border, you may want to use the DVI or VGA connections (if your motherboard has them). overscanning (1 inch border) affects only the HDMI connection not the DVI or VGA.

    I cannot over state this replacing 50 video cards in not an acceptable solution or a financial option.  

    Note my mother board only has HDMI connections.
