Actually i am having a requirement to update the CRM lable styles. In CRM 4.0 we used to updated the form.css.aspx page with the required style. But in CRM 2011, this page using the Themes for styling. For outlook different themes are available to change. Can we change the default styles/themes for web client? is there any way..
using java script i am able to update the styles of the CRM lables. But i needs to update for every entity. Is there any way to update styles globally for the entire CRM.
Any help much appreciated..

No there is not, there is a style guide included in the SDK but that is creating a seamless experience by conforming custom applications to the styles in CRM.

You can find ways to do anything that is unsupported. The issue is whether you should? It shouldn't be a requirement to do thing like that. It sounds like your sales people need some retraining because agreeing to unsupported customizations creates a lot of risk for the client and the implementing firm.
I have seen projects that were deemed as failed because companies promise things that they find later they can't figure out how to deliver, and I have seen disasters where future updates break CRM as a result of unsupported changes.
You will find it much more difficult to make the changes you are suggesting in 2011 because the new page model is much more proprietary and is locked down to a greater degree.
