All forum mail has started to be sent in German.

  There's certainly something strange happening occasionally. I got a notice on Saturday in Turkish and it also had that localization (tr-TR) in the URL as well.

  All emails received since then have been in English, but I get them so rarely that I can't really tell if this is happening often or not.

  EDIT: I set an alert on this thread, so we'll see what happens.

  This has happened before.  It is usually for a few or a dozen notifications then stops.  This time it has been all day.
