Trouble backing up files RRS feed

    When prompted, I put a DVD in the drive and click start backup.  After several minutes, the drive kicks out the disc and a message appears saying No disk in drive.  I have tried several discs with the same result.  I have had no touble with ohter programs.
    It happens when the status says that it is compressing files.
    Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your post!  Unfortunately I am not able to determine which forum or newsgroup is best suited for your question at hand.  Can you provide me a little more detail in regards to the operating system that you are currently using?
