CRM 2013: subgrid inline lookup

Question
-
Is there a possibility in CRM 2013 on-premise to filter values in subgrid inline lookup (the one you get after clicking "plus" in a form's subgrid). Let's say I have a subgrid in Account form containing related Custom entity records. If I click "plus" and then lookup, I get all Custom entity's records. I tried to modify Custom Entity's Lookup View, to filter it to related Account only, but it does not help. Any ideas?
Othewise, I have a following question: is it possible not to get inline lookup after clicking "plus" in a subgrid? I have a requirement that user will never need to add existing records in subgrid, all the time user needs to create new record. Thanks for any ideas regarding this issue.

Hi,
If you hide the "Add Existing" button from the ribbon for the entity(which subgrid is present in the form), then by clicking the "plus" button it will only open the new record of the entity.

Hi Javier,
Follow bellow link to hide the "Add Existing" button in the form(Which comes when a subgrid is selected in the form).
Once the button is hidden , by clicking the "plus" button(in crm 2013) it will only open the new record of the entity.
