insert jump (page) break ?

    Question

  • Hello WLW experts!
How do I insert a jump break in my posts directly in WLW? Currently I do in two steps:
    1. edit and post with WLW then
    2. log in to Blogspot site to edit the post and insert Jump Break there.

    thank you.

  • To actually get Windows Live Writer to do things it wouldn't normally do, you can use a nice little tool [plug-in] called Dynamic Templates.

    Website:

    Download here:

  • You can just add <!-- more --> on the Source View tab.

    Take a look at http://abomb88.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-to-add-jump-break-via-windows-live_21.html

  • Exactly my point, you can use [plug-in] Dynamic Templates and place the <!-- more --> in there as a template, and then you'd never have to switch to HTML mode.
    Just easier.

    Just trying to help...
