how i get my new mcp id & access code

  Dear sir/madam

  i finish my mcp certification ,but i miss that to register for microsoft site to get some other kcp kits ect using the given temproary (access code-- F44B843C-3384-4B74-8371-314C9650ED2D) and mcp id-- 6743769

  now it will get that expires, but i need that to enable my mcp account and also help me to get the mcp kit so giude me tat how can i get those things(access code & kit).
