How do I accept the Xbox terms of service to download apps and games if I don't know how to accept the terms.

  First I followed the directions of how to set up My Family so I could download apps and games but it was soppost to be fix it or change settings next to my name (I'm a child) so my dad will allow me install free games and apps. But it said: You may have to go to Xbox.com. To begin have your child log in to Xbox.com to accept Xbox Terms of Service. So I log in with my dad's account, click on terms of service or use but I don't find the accept bottom. Please help me how to accept those terms so I could accept Windows Phone Store so they could allow me install games. Please help. Thanks.
