I bought a windows authentication kit almost a month ago... RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought a windows authentication kit almost a month ago, i used the key on the order page so i could go ahead and re-authenticate windows, however i never recieved an email or the physical kit to this day. I do however have records that my bank account was charged. The chargee was MICROSOFT WGA-US 866-530-6599 WAUS @12:12:59 on 03/10/13 for the amount of $163.53.

A few moments ago windows notified me that my version of windows is not authentic, and upon inspection, my windows key has been changed.

I will not be scammed into buying another kit only to never recieve it.

Where is my email with the key i purchased, and where is my kit?

  • Sorry - I just realised that you are again showing as being non-genuine....

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
     Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
