    You cannot find classroom training, Microsoft E-learning training, Microsoft Press books except practice tests for 70-565.
    Yeah ,it is hard for us to say what is the best way to prepare this exam.
    Maybe you can read some books or materials for 70-549:pro     Designing and Developing Enterprise Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework or other materials for your topic areas
    And you are required to do  a lot of practice exams or tests from MS site or other sites .
    or you can get some useful information from some microsoft certification blogs
