    Hi,

    I am a beginner in CRM and learning.

    I have a question regarding CRM for outlook client.

    Whenever I open a contact record in crm web client and try to send Email, I see a outlook email page instead of CRM web client Email page.

    Why is it so? Is it some configuration settings that I need to change to see CRM Email page in Web client?

    Because Only Outlook sends that mail, so you get the Outlook form.

    in addition to what Wayne said, if you want to use crm form for sending crm email, you have to create email activity and click send.

    there is another personal option that specifies what form to use, did you try if that helps?

    I will upload a screen shot asap.
