    Am a Beginner. I have Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate. I know it has All features when it is comepared to Express Editions. I still have some Questions

    Can I able to develop Windows phone Apps Using Visual Studio Ultimate???

    How its possible?

    my System is 32-bit. I cant install Windows phone 3 SDK in my System then is there any way  to install it?

    or Cant I develop apps for windows phone 8???

    As you have a 32 bit OS, you will be unable to install the Windows Phone 8 SDK (requires 64 bit Windows 8). So you will not be able to develop Windows Phone apps on your system.

    I’m afraid that it is not the correct forum for this issue.

    Since you want to develop the window Phone 8 app, I suggest you post this issue to the Windows Phone Development, and there you will know which tools you need to install before you develop the specific app.

    In addition, I did some research about this issue, I got a MSDN document which shared us the useful information about this issue, if possible, you could refer it.
