S/MIME & OWA Problems reading encrypted messages

Question
-
Has anyone been able to solve this problem? When I tried to read my email using Outlook Web App, if the email is encrypted, the system doesn't allow me to read it or see the attachments. I downloaded S/MIME but still doesn't work as the Outlook web doesn't recognized that S/MIME is there in other words still says S/MIME is not installed even though it is. So I still can't read messages. I have tried this with Internet Explorer. Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome. Non of them work. I am using Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 11.
I am also using a CAC card with certificates.- Edited by na81 Sunday, May 19, 2019 12:21 PM
