Windows Product ID Type: 1
Windows License Type: Volume
Windows OS version: 5.1.2600.2.00010100.2.0.proOffice Status: 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK
You have two different problems. The first is that you have a volume licensed version of Windows XP Pro on your computer and the activation key is one that is widely pirated and was created illegally by a key generator program and not Microsoft. You should have some type of label on the computer's bottom (notebook) that will tell you what the original operating system that was installed on the computer was. You can revert to that OS with a fresh install of the operating system from the manufacturer's rebuild disks. You could also purchase a genuine retail product and do a full install on the computer.
Problem 2 is that you have an illegal Office Enterprise installed on the computer also. The product is again a volume licensed version that is widely pirated and sold to individuals. Once Microsoft finds out that a licens key is being sold improperly, created illegally using a key generator program or has been reported stolen by the proper licensee, they block the key. One of the above has happened to the key used to activate this business level suite of programs.
Now, if you are part of a business entity and the computer belongs to them you need to contact the IT department at the business and have them straighten out the license issue. If this is your personal computer, you need to get legal products and install on your computer, you should never have been sold the products you have installed.
