email is not tracked in crm RRS feed

    hi all,

      I have a custom entity. when i create an email from this entity, email address is shown in red with a message 'the email is not in microsoft crm'. once after sending the email, it is not tracked in crm as an activity. please advice

    Also is there a way to bring the custom entity in the 'TO' address lookup.

  • to answer one of your questions you cannot bring up a custom entity in the TO field, although if you need to filter that field OnClick their is a non supported way of doing so.
    lookup the fetchxml property of the lookup field.
