Not genuine after ram upgrade

Question
-
Ok I upgraded my laptops ram from 512mb to 1300 mb and after turning it on after installing it it says its not genuine and i know it is genuine. It is any OEM licence. I did not buy it I bought the pc with it. I bought it from a reseller. What should I do? Do I need to reinstall to operating system? Or is there some thing I need to change?
Here is the error code:

If you search this forum or the internet for the part of the product key shown, 3R89F-D2KXW-VPK3J, you'll see that this is a widely pirated and now blocked Volume Licensing Key.
Here is the Office section of the report:

Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK

Likewise with Office, your Dell Latitude D610 laptop has a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation of Office Enterprise 2007 with a now-Blocked Volume Licensing Product Key. Keys are blocked by Microsoft if the owning organization reports them as lost, stolen, or compromised to the internet. Microsoft will also block keys when the key's associated Volume Licensing Agreement expires.
The Bad News is that if you are like most people in this situation, you did not receive a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for Office nor any legitimate installation discs or product keys, so the only way to Get Genuine vis-a-vis Office is to purchase it. If you click on the Learn More Online or Resolve Now links you should see links to pages that will sell you Office direct from Microsoft. Or you can purchase a genuine copy of Office at a trusted local retailer or from a trusted major online retailer.
The Good News is that if your Dell laptop has a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for Windows affixed to it (should be on the bottom), then your laptop is still licensed to run the version and edition of Windows listed on the CoA. You can follow this link to order Operating System Reinstallation discs from Dell for a small fee: http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dellcare/en/backupcd_form?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&redirect=1
If the CoA says that Windows XP Pro came installed on this laptop, you can try to "genuine-ize" the installed Windows XP Pro by updating the product key to the one on the CoA. Here's how: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=45668

It's not an OEM License - it's a Volume License, which is by definition Retail. Your License Key is blocked by MS at the request of the License holder because it's been allowed outside the organisation to which it is licensed. The person who sold you this is a fraud, and a pirate - try and get your money back off them, and get legal, by following the links from the Notification popup.

Hello thatguy3232,
Is there a Certificate of Authenticity for Windows on the bottom of the laptop? If so, is it for XP Home or XP Pro? Don't post the product key.
