Question

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus from Journey.ed, they downloaded it for me, now I get an error code. It stating no more updates, or notifications, and the security processor reported a system file mismatch error. I have the Product Activation Key, the Microsoft Licensing enrollment number, the New, and Existing Volume Keys, I was successfully validated, so what, and where are the license number, and open license authorization number, and for some reason the company, or whomever thinks I am a small business. Please Help Me. The Error Is Driving Me Crazy! I have gone to the site for genuine validation, and I also went to the site Windows Live, I entered my first, and last name, and I got stuck with license number, and open license authorization number.Thursday, May 13, 2010 11:26 PM
