CRM 2013 notes - open and print an individual note RRS feed

  • In CRM 2011 it is possible to double click on the title of an individual note, causing it to open in a separate window, where you can click the print icon to print the note. In CRM 2013 it does not seem to be possible to open an individual note so that it can be printed.

    Does anyone know of a way to print an individual note in CRM 2013, or is this definitely not possible anymore from within the standard form UI?

    Using the advanced find in CRM 2013, I ran a query for the notes and was able to open the notes on double click (same screen as it was in CRM 2011). You could use it for printing. Wasn't able to open it from the record directly.

  • Hi Alan,

        This is not possible from standard UI any more. But you can always write SSRS report for the same.
