Does anyone know why I get this error? - Record is unavailable RRS feed

  • We are remote desktoping into a CRM On prem instance. Recently they restored the test server to make it up to date with their production server. Although our Active Directory accounts are still set and have sys admin permissions, I get an error when I try to access the CRM. We never had this problem prior to restoring the test server. If anyone knows why this is happening, help would be very much appreciated.

    Try recycling the CrmAppPool and then try accessing CRM again.
