Automated email sent on case logging RRS feed

  • Hi guys, I’m new here and did do a quick search but was helping for a bit of guidance. I'm trying to set up an automated email for when a case is logged.

    So if i enter a customer’s details within a case form and click save and close, I’d want the email to be sent automatically. I've added the email letter to be sent within the templates; however i can't for the life of me work out what to put in the process\workflow statement.
