    My free 90 day trial has expired so i paid the $49.99 to have my subscription renewed. I redownloaded the software on the internet but when i did that, it said that i still have yet to subscribe! This does not make any sense to me, i have the payment conformation, i just need to know how to get it to work.

    Hello nmshanholtz, after installing you have to activate One Care.  To activate open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
