how to use MMC/WMI to change the maximum contacts user limit?

  I have the event log problem as follows:
  
  ID: 30969
  
  Reached maximum contacts per user limit for one of the users.

  The current configured limit is 150. The last user who reached this limit is @ .com.
  Resolution:
  Please use MMC/WMI to change the limit. Increasing the limit to a high value might have performance implications.
