CRM Error when searching in a report RRS feed

  • When I run a report and search for a specific name in the report using the "Find" button, it works fine. When I press the "next" button, a Reporting Error pops up and says "The report cannot be displayed."

    The problem does not show up on computers running windows xp, but it does on windows 7 64 bit with the same user login. We are using CRM 4.0.

    Any help would be appreciated

  • Hi,

    You would like to check the exact error which is getting throw.

    Log on to SQL Server; go to installation folder of SQL Server Reporting Services. Open the latest log file and see the error description.

    For example C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\LogFiles
