could you provide more info in order to better troubleshooting?
(1)
check " office coummnication server " log and "system " log , then save *.evt, and post it to forum;
(2)
please check certificate whether match OCS pool/ocs server FQDN name?
(3)
check "logon on account" for OCS service? and make sure the account is effective and functional?
